Cocoa mass (cocoa liquor):

Expertise and technology allow the production of many different types of cocoa mass. In addition, at the request of our customers, we are also producing liquors from many different single origins of cocoa beans. Our R&D department welcomes the challenge to produce specialized cocoa mass consistent with the needs of individual customers. Supply of mass is in liquid bulk transports, as well as blocks of 25 kgs or cartons with cocoa mass flakes ('kibbled').
